Digital signatures in Klarvy comply with the Israeli Electronic Signature Law. The employee receives the document in the app, signs with their finger on screen, and the signature is saved with timestamp, GPS location and device identifier. Valid for employment contracts, consent forms and policy updates.
Access permissions are fully flexible. The head HR manager sees everything. A department manager sees only their employees. A property manager sees the property's staff. Sensitive documents (contracts, payroll docs) can be restricted to senior roles. Every access is logged in a full audit trail.
The system sends automatic reminders to the employee 30, 14 and 3 days before expiry. If the document isn't renewed in time, the system automatically blocks the employee from being scheduled for roles that require the certification.
